After all this fun, we did an outfit change. However, before I show you those pictures, I have to give a little credit to Ms. Martha Stewart. I have magazine subscriptions to ALL the wedding magazines. In fact, I think the employees in the subscription offices must wonder how far in advance I am planning my wedding! I just keep renewing and renewing my subscriptions! Martha Stewart Weddings is just one of my favorites, and I love that I can apply all of the recipes and "Good Things" to my personal life too!
So, you may remember this little project from the Summer 2010 issue:
I fell in love with this idea. In fact, at an event that we had to attend as a family, I put all the boys in stamped bow ties. My husband wore a white stamped tie, and my daughter and I wore dresses that had stamps along the bottom hem. For the stamps, I used wine corks and pencil erasers. I just dipped them in regular paint... good ol' Behr paint from Home Depot.
We got all the ties from SolidColorNeckTies.com.
For the second outfit, the boys wore their bow ties.
Thanks for letting me share pictures of my little ones, and I hope my Martha Stewart inspiration provided some inspiration for you!
Finally, my calendar is filled through November with fabulous weddings!
Let me just give you this teaser -
Okay... one more.
