Some of you may remember a little photo shoot we were part of years ago that was themed around The Wizard of Oz. It included some AMAZING vendors, such as Melissa Schollaert, and it just so happened to be published on Martha Stewart's blog. The adorable couple, Erin and Michael, from that shoot were a real couple and were really engaged.
When it came time for them to book their florist, how lucky was I to be asked to do their flowers??
Real lucky.
Not only did were we able to do the wedding flowers, my husband and I were invited to the amazing Alabama wedding, which was on Erin's parents' personal property. The entire wedding, my husband and I kept looking at each other and saying "I feel like I am in a movie.... this is just so perfect".
Their wedding was perfect. So perfect that Southern Weddings Magazine (one of my favorites!!) just featured it in their latest copy.
Of course, the amazing photography is by my sweet talented friend Melissa Schollaert.
Prepare to swoon.
Don't you love those red poppies? They were everywhere.... I can't wait to share more images!!!
Erin and Michael had several dressers and vanities around the property, and we filled the drawers with blooms.
On a separate note, Erin and Michael are also the talented owners of hi note, a full service design and production company based in Atlanta. Their work is incredible, and they created so many of the spectacular details for their wedding. Check out their blog post here.
