I am so excited to announce that Southern Weddings featured Sarah's cotton themed wedding as their wedding of the week! Sarah was such an adorable gal to work with, she looked STUNNING on her wedding day, and I loved incorporating cotton into the bouquets, boutonnieres, and centerpieces!

As soon as I get the pictures from her amazing photographer, Melissa Schollaert, I will share details of their wedding here. Until then, here are a couple of her photos from the blog feature!
A couple weeks ago, I started making up songs to help my little ones learn how to spell. They are silly and simple like "B-L-U-E... that spells blue!" On Thursday, my husband joined in and starting singing "G-R-E-E-N... that spells green!" It is funny that he chose that color to focus on, because I am in a GREEN period!
Yesterday, I did a wedding that featured white and green flowers (green and white mums, white lilies, white calla lilies, bells of Ireland, roses, green hypericum berries, lisianthus... just to mention a few). The bride, Jen, was so elegant and beautiful... I can't wait to see the pictures from her wedding!
Next week, I am doing flowers for a Green wedding... not the color green, but an eco-friendly wedding! It will be my first eco-friendly wedding, and I am so excited for this new, exciting assignment. Of course, those that know me know that I LOVE buttons, and we are featuring wired buttons in the bouquets and boutonnieres too! The bride, Katti, is so cute and bubbly! It will be a fun wedding... and kind to the Earth too!
I hope you all had a lovely weekend!
Happy Wedding Planning!
